If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately (this must be done within 14 days of receiving the product).
I will accept items that haven’t been worn or damaged. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that for hygiene reasons I cannot accept exchanges or returns for earrings.

All items listed in my shop are ready for shipping within 3 business days via DHL or UPS. The seller is not responsible for items lost or delayed in shipping.
