Each piece is one of a kind and handmade in my Atelier.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately (this must be done within 14 days of receiving the product).
I will accept items that haven’t been worn or damaged. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that for hygiene reasons I cannot accept exchanges or returns for earrings.

All items listed in my shop are ready for shipping within 3 business days via DHL or UPS. The seller is not responsible for items lost or delayed in shipping. Postal rates are calculated on package weight and dimensions. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and local postal service. Shipping times may vary due to the Covid19 pandemic.
